Published products display valid prices in Nigerian Naira. An order is confirmed only after successful product payment verification and stock checks.
Delivery choices and charges
Collection and customer-arranged pickup do not create an O4’s delivery charge. If you ask O4’s to arrange outsourced delivery, the final charge is quoted separately after checking distance, parcel weight and courier availability. You may accept the quote for online payment or choose payment on delivery.
Custom requests
A Design Your Own submission begins a review; it is not an accepted order. Production starts only after feasibility, modifications, price and timeline are approved and payment is confirmed.
Design interpretation
Reference images are inspiration. The final garment may vary with fabric, measurements, materials and construction while aiming for the closest suitable, wearable interpretation.
